Genital herpes?: Genital herpes is the most common cause of genital sores, perhaps with simultaneous oral herpes. Other STDs, e.g. syphilis. Some non-STD viral infections and certain kinds of dermatitis can do it, especially if also skin rash elsewhere. Yeast infection from the prior antibiotic, but pretty late for that. See doc ASAP -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and most effective treatment.

Multiple: You have a variety of symptoms involving lips, hands, feet, urinary tract , mouth..that it is difficult to guess at a diagnosis. Please see a family doctor to get an accurate history as to duration and severity and sequence of your symptoms. After some testing,a diagnosis will be reached.Best of luck and salaams.

Unrelated: Klebsiella is a common cause of UTI. Almost certainly your cold and UTI are unrelated. Not sure why you think they might be related. Even though the full name is Klebsiella pneumoniae, and it can cause pneumonia, this is very rare and not due to spread from UTI; it's nothing to worry about. Check with the doctor treating your UTI if you remain concerned. Best wishes.

Thrush?: You may have thrush (oral candidal/yeast infection) from the antibiotics.  Check with your doc, or call for treatment.

You don't have HIV: The HIV AgAB (4th generation) blood tests are 100% conclusive 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure -- no exceptions. And you can't have HIV symptoms with a negative AgAb test; the results prove you don't have HIV and something else is causing all symptoms. White tongue isn't the same as oral thrush -- but even if you have that, your problems for sure are not due to HIV.

What is keeler ?: Tetracycline can trigger Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (headaches that are worse on reclining associated with blurred vision due to an imbalance of Cerebrospinal fluid production / resorption). If Keeler is tetracycline you need to see a neurologist.

Uti: make sure you are well hydrated and on antibiotics. people with uni can develop pyelonephritis and may present wit back pain, fevers and headaches( because of fevers). please see your doctor if you are unwell as the condition has potential to be serious , if untreated.

Unrelated: There is no relation between the 2.  Uti is treated with antibiotics. I am not sure what you mean by throat swelling.

Up to anesthesia : Depending on the anesthesia planned for the procedure, the presence of inflammation in the upper airway make you a poor candidate for any elective procedure. I would contact the doc as soon as the offices open and ask them specifically.
