Equilibrium: The kidneys determine the amount of urine you make.  If you are dehydrated they hold on to fld by concentrating the urine,  if you drink excessively the kidney excretes excess fluid by diluting the urine.  This keeps people from being at the correct fluid level,  
every day you eat Amino Acids (protein) 1 osm/kg/day.  You must excrete the acid via the kidney or you will retain acid in the body.

Depends: It depends on the root cause of the renal impairment as some are not reversible.  In general, it is a good idea to stay well hydrated, however.

Renal function: The better the renal function, the better the overall prognosis.  As people age, they lose some renal function (change in muscle mass, senescence of the kidney).  Each person is individual as to what function they need to survive and function well.  Usually a creatinine clearance above 30% is enough to keep one off dialysis and functioning well, but it depends on the patient.

EGFR: The eGFR is not nearly as good as a true 24 hr urine collection for a creatinine clearance. 
The e stands for ESTIMATED.  The urine will give you your real creatinine clearance. Discuss with your Dr.  eGFR uses age and ethnicity.  Did they have those correct.

Yes, but minor: This is not a major risk but it can cause some elevation in serum creatinine. If it is being used in someone with preexisting kidney disease then the dose needs to be lowered for treatment.

Abnormal renal tests: You will need to see a nephrologist to have a renal ultrasound and a 24 hour urine collection for a creatinine clearance and protein. And more blood work. If there is some drug toxic to the kidney, ibuprofen, stopping it will help. If you have some obstruction of your urinary outflow tract, relieving it will help as well. Depending on what caused your abnormal tests, you may not be able to improve.

Nephrocalcinosis: It could mean that you are making and excreting small and/or large kidney stones even though your labs are normal.
Please get some more information from your doctor about any kidney issues.

i have  bulimia. i chckd my amylase levels is abv nrml mines was 130 normal is 100. lipase and renal function nrml will my amylase be nrmal if i stop?

Likely: There can be other causes of increased amylase but if it is due to the bulimia it should return to normal after the purging has stopped.
