Some patients with lung disease have a problem called pulmonary hypertension, and benefit from the same drugs, only in this case the blood vessels dilating effect involves the circulation in the lungs.

Depending on area and degree of scarring, nodes and lung( Ghon complexes) and pleura can be affected and scar and calcify over time.

Unlikely.: I don't think so. One chest x-ray wouldn't cause such harm. At your age you can still be fertile . Get a sperm analysis to check condition of your sperms. Stay active and  eat healthy.

No: Having a check x-ray or other diagnostic x-ray would not damage your sperm significantly, even if it was exposed (with the possible exception if you are trying to father a child). There is no medical necessity to masturbate unless you wish to.

Several possibls: Without doing an exam and seeing the x-ray it leaves too much to speculate about.This could be a mild viral process or a true pneumonia. The primary ordering the x-ray has more data to work with and should provide the diagnosis and plan for treatment.
