Milia in teens: Many teens experience skin changes during puberty, not all acne. Milia are small white bumps found on cheeks and around eyes. Unlike acne, they’re not clogged follicles but skin cells that don’t shed properly becoming trapped in a pocket on the skin. They are generally benign but can be difficult to remove at home risking scarring. If painful or bothersome, they should be evaluated by a physician.

Maybe: It is more likely that what happened was an irritation rather than allergy to benzoyl peroxide because it happened so quickly, but there is no way to tell for sure.  Allergic reactions can happen within a day or two if a person was exposed to the substance earlier.

Sebacious Cyst: See dermatologist for removal.  Don't squeeze as it might rupture and turn into abscess.  Home treatment includes warm wet compresses to see it it opens on own.

Obstructed oil gland: Please avoid excessive oil, sugar and process foods.  Use gentle cleanser, and keep the skin clean, avoid touching it, use exfoliation.  Consult your dermatologist for care and removal

Skin condition: Please see a dermatologist.  Your family doc can refer you.  Please avoid all skin products containing alcohol because it will dry the skin.  Cosmetics can contain lead and other toxins.  Ask doc about safest cosmetics.  Peace and good health.

Something else: I would start with evaluation by a dermatologist.  Tmj related issues are usually an "internal" type of problem.
