? Urticaria: and could chronic if that has been going on for sometime, please see an allergist, if not, could be just acute urticaria and will go on its own, OTC  antihistaminic, unless contraindicated, would help in the interim, good luck

Orals and topicals: I would start with oral antihistamines such as Allegra (fexofenadine) or Zyrtec as well as topicals such as Hydrocortisone ointment. All are over the counter.
Seek medical care if any fever, oozing or draining of the skin or lack of improvement in 3-5 days or if worsening.

i have bed bug bites all over my entire body. possibly infection. itchy not painful. some are red with dry blood. 100s of bumps and hives. treatment?

Antihistamines: are a good "start" but the MAJOR effort here is the DISPOSAL of the affected sleeping materials  or ERADICATION of the bugs ( very frustrating often not effective methods) I would "vote" for DISPOSAL!
BTW if infected the bites need local ans well as possibly systemic (antibiotic) treatment!

? Solar urticaria: From ultraviolet rays exposure, rash will go away, OTC  antihistamines and anti itch creams will help,  if not please see your doctor, avoid tanning beds and sun exposure, use sun blocks, better see an allergist  as well for future management, goodluck

i've several insect bites on my foot and  one large blister has formed over a bite, some swelling&alot of itchiness.  should i seek medical treatment?

Seeking medical : Attention is never bad or wrong, afterall, you do have a problem. Alternatively, l if you feel comfortable using a sterile instrument you can pop the blister allow it to drain and place some antibiotic ointment to the site and bandage it. Change daily and monitor the wound and yourself for any fever or signs of redness or swelling by the bites.

my 18 month old has some bug bites.  what can i do for him to relieve the itchiness?

Topical creams: Over the counter topical itch creams, such as those with Diphenhydramine (benadryl) and 1% hydorcortisone (cortisone 10) will help relieve the itch.  You don't need to goop them on - a dab the size of a pea, dotted around the arm (for example) and rubbed in is enough.  If the itch is bad, oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help too.

See below: Antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (oral or topical creams) will hep reduce the itch as will Hydrocortisone 1% (cortaid).  Also, as hard as it is, try to resist itching the areas.

i have multiple bug bites from over a week ago. reddish, 2-3 inches in diameter. not itchy, no other symptoms. 
i have another bite that i did not scratch and it went away. i was wondering if i made it worse by scratching. ?

Avoid scratching: In order to help your bites heal I would avoid scratching. Your nails are dirty as well and puts you at risk for skin infection. Take OTC antihistamines to help with itch symptoms if applicable and apply OTC hydrocortisone cream to areas that are affected to reduce symptoms. See primary doctor if bites look infected.

Nothing: really bad. SEE your doctor/ dermatology-fairly common problem, can't do much about it.

Insect sensitivity: You are hypersensitive to something introduced into the bite (like saliva) whereas the roommate is not, unlikely they are not getting bit. Fleas? Bed bugs? Mites/chiggers? If unknown, have an exterminator check it out. If no bugs identified, you could have chronic hives, or another kind of rash, for another reason. Dermatologist or Allergist can help define problem. Using daily cetirizine may help
