You should see your doc to rule out a medical problem. If you are okay there s/he can recommend a life coach/therapist who can explore the issue &amp; teach you how to deal with this. That is what they do. Do the work &amp; life can be better.

Just ask: Therapists are used to tough questions.  Just ask him or her if she is interested in continuing the therapeutic relationship, given how important this is to you.  There's no red flag or any way to guess what they're thinking.  It's not embarrassing to express how you feel and what you fear to a therapist, that's what they're there for.

If ERP is: referring to Exposure Response Prevention, this is a treatment for OCD wherein you are gently exposed to situations that may trigger OCD and the various rituals that folks use to ward of perceived danger (often vague or unknown dangers).  The response or ritual is prevented with the help of a therapist and in time the behavior extinguishes, dies off.  Don't know of a specific website.  Peace.
