: Neck strain is common and often related to  postural changes. It's best to see a doctor. Most of the time these can be treated with physical therapy, exercises, manual therapy  and ibuprofen or naproxen. These medications have side effects and are not for all people

Muscle bruise Rx: Heat and gentle stretching exercises. When you are pain free, you can start strengthening and slowly return to you normal sports activities. Also otc ibuprophen or Naproxen - assuing you can safely take nsaids.

Not sure : what you said. Exercise helps fibromyalgia and other general stiff muscles; but I do not know how China fits into this. The breathing issue would first have to be evaluated to see where the problem is. Sometimes people just think there is a breathing problem.Or it can be lack of lung space (obesity), fitness, or other.

Partially: Risperidone can cause symptoms and signs of parkinsonism.  Muscle pain and stiffness is part of the same symptoms.  Cogentin (benztropine) is helpful in relieving the symptoms.  Sometimes other medications may have to be used to counteract side effects.

Heat, hot shower, hot bath encourages blood vessels to expand and increased flow helps carry away the debris. This and gentle stretching will help. The real trouble is you are working the muscles only on the weekends. If you did light exercise between you would become less stiff.
