Stiffness in my muscles after a weekend of yardwork. how to loosen up?

Hot bath: When muscles are stiff they need to discharge the chemicals that build up during work. Heat, hot shower, hot bath encourages blood vessels to expand and increased flow helps carry away the debris. This and gentle stretching will help. The real trouble is you are working the muscles only on the weekends. If you did light exercise between you would become less stiff.

Stretch: Need to stretch out those muscles. A massage would help also.
