Diet,local care: Most of the time pile or hemorrhoids could be treated with diet, stool softeners local care with ointments , sietz baths etc. Make sure they are pilesby doctor examination. If it fails needs intervention by varieties of surgical procedures.

Anal itch: If you have anal itch, this could be secondary to poor hygiene.  Suggest clean that area after bowel movement with water instead of toilet paper (sometimes toilet paper can irritate this area with excessive wiping).  Avoid using soap to clean this area, which can take the moisture away and causes itching.  Also, coffee and spicy food sometimes can induce itchiness.

See beliw: Needs an exam to be sure it is not severe prolapsed stage 4 internal hemorrhoids or if it is painful thrmbosed external hemorrhoid. Can try Ibuprofen tablets, warm bath soaks & steroid type suppository. Needs a physical exam with a doctor.

Avoid constipation: Hemorrhoids are exacerbated by constipation and the "pushing" necessary.  Foods high in fat tend to constipate you.  Foods high in fiber favor looser stools.  Fruits vegetable, whole grains are excellent sources of fiber.  Also, fiber only works if u are well hydrated.  Drink plenty  fluids to keep stools soft.  Don't sit for long periods on the toilet. Surgery is the only definitive treatment.

Yes: There are many creams and suppositories that are available without a prescription and available at most pharmacies. Since everyone responds differently, there's no particular one better than the other. Trial and error will find the best solution for you. Hemorrhoids: Anti-inflammatory drugs may be helpful but topical pain meds (lidocaine) and steroids creams are typically the most helpful immediately.  Try mineral oil.  1-2 tbsp/day.  Mix with anything.  It will "grease the pipes" allowing stool to move thorugh quickly and decreasing time on the toliet which is essential to improve hemorrhoids. Unfortunately pregnancy is a common trigger of piles
Discuss this with your gynaecologist at your next visit
She can give you advice on avoiding constipation ,maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding straining when passing stool
You can also use panado for the pain orally
Avoid anti inflammatories

Need rapid relief: There are several things that can be causing your symptoms, but it seems you are already scheduled for someone to talk to you about them.  You might consider using over the counter hemorrhoidal cream with steroids.  You might also consider Sitz baths or sitting in some warm water.  When you sit on a chair, use a donut cushion.  When you wipe yourself, moisten the toilet paper slightly.

Care of hemorrhoids: Medical therapies for hemorrhoids: bowel regimen (fiber, stool softners, water to achieve two soft bowel movements daily), sauves (prep h, desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) anti fungals), and hygiene (shower, hair dryer area daily).  If the medical therapy fails to control hemorrhoids, then ask for surgical referral.
