Anal itch: If you have anal itch, this could be secondary to poor hygiene. Suggest clean that area after bowel movement with water instead of toilet paper (sometimes toilet paper can irritate this area with excessive wiping). Avoid using soap to clean this area, which can take the moisture away and causes itching. Also, coffee and spicy food sometimes can induce itchiness.
