Need more info: Do you have any symptoms? Why were the tests done? In isolation, the result are not meaningful.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

29/male. i have ibs for last 08 years. got my labs done. (folate 2.9, b12: 178 pg/ml). celiac serology, anti-if/anti-parietal abs, stool for reducing substances, stool re, ana all negative. hb 17.5g/dl. why are my b12 and folate levels low?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to ascertain the cause of vitamin deficiency, without examining you. If you have not lost weight, it is likely to be due to low intake. You can oral multivitamins with folic acid. For B12, it would be better to take sub-lingual form of B12. 
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Prednisone ?: This is the drug of choice for proteinuria caused by the nephrotic syndrome. Creatinine is influenced by protein breakdown and kidney function as a whole,  increasing fluid intake can drop creatinine on a short-term basis. Suggest you sit dow with nephrologist

Mixed type of bacteria of same level of colony count often result from contaminated specimen.
