Round worm..: Ascariasis or round worm infestation. Can be easily treated with Mebendazol 100mg twice a day x 3 days, or Albendazol 400mg once only will clear it. Seek and solve the oro fecal contamination , treat other family members at the same time if they have it.

Yikes!: Are the thin red worm-looking things moving? You are bleeding from your colon. This could be an infection, or the beginnings of inflammatory bowel disease. Get care *immediately.* You need comprehensive lab work (CBC-d, autoimmune &amp; coag panel, LFTs, stool culture &amp; microscopy), preliminary imaging &amp; most likely a colonoscopy.  Practice thorough hand washing &amp; check for similar symptoms in family.

i know i should go in but have no insurance i have skinny white small worm looking things in stool along with lots of mucus they dont move and red and black small globs in dark green stool, only poop about 2-3 times a week?

Itchy anus: Pinworms are a common cause of very itchy anus in young children. Spread her buttocks and observe for pinworms wiggling around. Check a few hours after bedtime or upon her awakening in the morning. The pediatrician can evaluate her and advise you further. Dogs and cats don't transmit pinworm infections.

Hard to say: Candida and pinworms both can cause itchy anus(Pruitis Ani), but there are a number of other infections and dermatologic conditions that may be responsible.
