The damage done by the alcohol in red wine far outweighs any health benefits from its antioxidants.Therefore I cannot recommend red wine as anything that is beneficial to your health.  Get a resvatrol supplement.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
