Gum papilla: It could be infected, it could be inflamed, or it could be normal. There is no way to make an accurate diagnosis without a visual and clinical exam.
Make an appointment with your dentist to have it checked.

i had little red dots on my bottom gums a few days ago and now they've turned into this yellowish white that causes extreme pain i cannot even smile?

Mouth lesions: Likely stomatitis or ulcers. Keep your mouth clean and use a soft diet. Follow up if not improving or reoccurring. Use Tylenol or Ibuprofen if you are able for pain. There are topical medications that can be prescribed. All the best.

Inflammation: Itching, bleeding gingiva indicate inflammation. Any swelling or "bumps" may also mean infection. You need to be examined by a local dentist to determine the cause of your problem and what is needed to resolve the issues.

See dentist: The most common reason would be a fistula from a tooth abscess. There are also a multitude of gum lesions it could be.
You need to see your dentist for a proper diagnosis

Red spots on gums: These are local irritations. Could be trauma from something hard you chewed. Could be tooth brush trauma. Are you seeing spots anywhere else? Check your tongue.

Sore on gum: Without a visual exam, it is impossible to know for sure. It sounds like ulcers and/or canker sores. If so, they should heal on their own in 7-10 days. Avoid spicy foods.
If they don't heal in a week, have them examined by your dentist.

Tender Gums: Is common after root canal procedure because of instrumentation and due to the fact that the tooth still needs time to heal based on the current condition before the treatment was started. The clamp to secure and hold the rubber dam to protect the patient from swallowing small instruments was placed by the neck of the tooth and can sometimes irritate the gums, e.G, no enough tooth structure left.

Getting Wisdom tooth: May be you still have 3rd Molar tooth hidden underneath the Gum and is now making its way out. 
 If you already have wisdom tooth ou then keep monitoring this swollen Gum area, if becomes painful,red then needs Dentist's visit. I doubt you will have any problem as your exam last month was normal.
