i have a big red spot on top of head of penis it doesn't hurt or itch and it ain't sensitive but when it get really dry skin starts to flake off?

Here ares some ...: Without a direct look, it's hard to guess what you got. But, one thing for sure in your favor is most likely the spot is benign &amp; harmless if it does not grow in size or erode. So, have Doc take a look at it for confirmation and counseling.

Too early to tell: One red spot of one day's duration wld be very hard to diagnose esp in the absence of other symptoms. Best weld be to observe her for a few days and if new spots develop or other signs and symptoms develop take her to her pediatrician or a dermatologist.. If u r very worried u can do so now.

See a dermatologist: I would see a dermatologist to have it looked at.  Skin lesions that grow in size rapdily should always be checked.

?cold sore: Lesions are generally imposible to diagnose over the computer, so i recommend you see a dr. For an exam.  One possiblitiy is surely a cold sore for an educated guess.

No way to know: Without being able to visualize this and obtain further history any comment would be nothing but a guess. You need to show this to a doctor and be diagnosed and treated appropriately.

Skin infection?: Did you get bit or stung by a bug? Does it itch? Did you have a pimple there?  A red area if warm, painful and spreading could be do a skin infection (called cellulitis).  If it itches, this is less likely and maybe due to a bite or a reaction to a soap or lotion.  If it is a skin infection and it spreads rapidly this is serious and you need to get seen at an ED especially if you have a fever

Hard to know: It would be easier to respond if you described the red area in detail, along with exact location. This could be a simple "storks kiss" birthmark common to the nape of the neck or something else. I do not think it worth a special trip to the doc, but bring it up at your next visit. If it is new or troubles you  contact her doc.

See a Dermatologist : I recommend that you see a physician it is hard to diagnose skin conditions without examining the patient. This rash can be caused by number of reasons such as acne or some other metabolic and endocrine disorders.
