: No it will not cause a black eye. You have a small hematoma which will get absorbed and go away in a few days. Dont worry.

Chronic wound: it's difficult to make a diagnosis without examining the wound or seeing a picture but since it's non-healing chronic sore, you need to see your primary care or preferably a dermatologist to get a biopsy done. Also make sure to always apply sunscreen.

Warm Compresses: Hard to say what it is from your description, but if it is red and sore i would start with some warm compresses.

Balanitis: Presumably "inflation" is a typo -- inflammation? Stop using the Travacort:  this and other steroids are exactly the wrong kind of treatment for balanitis (inflammation under the foreskin). Balanitis often involves yeast infection, and cortisone and related products can make it worse. Just retract and wash with soap &amp; water twice daily. If that doesn't help, see a doctor for management. Good luck.

Penis pain: You may have an infection or a foreskin that is especially tight.  Please start w/a visit to your primary care doctor.  He/she may refer you to a urologist if needed to take care of things.  Peace and good health.

Skin infection?: If you start having bumps that are red, tender to touch, some with yellow vesicles (may be pus filled), you may have a skin infection that need to be treated. You should go see your doctor who will examine you and recommend a treatment. Don't wait since it may get worse.

Don't Squeeze: It sounds like you may have a furuncle  (small boil). Your lymph nodes are probably reacting to the infection. Many patients make the mistake of squeezing boils. This may cause further injury to the skin and make things worse! apply a warm compress and be patient. Don't squeeze.
