Raynaud's phenomenon: Raynaud's phenomenon is a vasospastic disorder causing discoloration of the fingers, toes, and occasionally other areas. Named after french physician maurice raynaud (1834–1881), the phenomenon is believed to be the result of vasospasms that decrease blood supply to the respective regions. Stress and cold are classic triggers.

Stop taking it: I have never heard of or seen this reaction from any of my patients, or read it anywhere, but idiosyncrasies can occur with any drug, meaning people can have unusual reactions that can't be predicted or even explained always.  Red/purple color changes usually mean there is some vascular problem, reduction of blood flow in arteries/veins.  Talk to your doctor!

Ecchymosis: Lack of pain, itch or scab tend rule out an insect bite. It is more likely that in this thinly skinned area of the body a capillary(tiny blood vessel) spontaneously leaked some blood. This discoloration will resolve after a week or so. Taking aspirin or medications like Aleve increase likelihood of capillary fragility.

: You should be evaluated by a doctor; and probably referred to a Rheumatologist. What you described sounds like you have vascular reactivity that may be due to antibodies in your blood. You could check Raynaud's to understand better but it is the cause that is important to find so it could be reversed.

Athletes foot: Sounds like you have a fungal infection called Athletes foot. Try some over the counter athletes foot cream as directed. If it doesn't get better in a week or if you have diabetes then you should see a health care professional for evaluation. Could also be from too tight shoes. Wear sandals for a while instead.

4 y/o stubbed toes toes look fine-no swelling, deformity, walking fine but nail bed looks red/purple and nail bled when happened. doc visit needed?

Nail trauma: Likely nail trauma which should resolve within 2-5 days. If 4 yo has pain or fever should see MD.
