Prob hemorrhoids: At 22 unless you have a chronic bowel problem its likely this blood is from the end of the colon like a hemorrhoid or fissure. I would simply see your MD or a gastroenterologist and have a simple exam they would be able to diagnose this easily

Yes: Bleeding from any orifice needs to be checked out. It may be just hemorrhoids but even that can cause anemia.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Blood in stool: It seems that you have fresh blood from the rectal area or lower colon. Hemorrhoids are a common cause especially if your bowel movements are normal. If you have diarrhea with blood,then inflammation of the colon is more likely. Either way you should be examined by your physician for diagnosis and treatment.

No. : It doesn't work that way. Stool color is influenced by diet and gut bacteria. The variations in stool color, consistency, and texture are not necessarily associated with any disease. See your doctor if bowel function is consistently abnormal.
