Black specks in stool ( for 2 years?). sometimes red/pink chunks (looks like tomatoes). are these likely blood? very rarely blood on toilet paper, too

Possibly...: Without further history or knowing your age, it's hard to say how concerned you should be about this, but it is certainly possible that the characteristics you describe could be indicating of blood in your stool. This should be checked out.
