May be warts?: That's a common place to get warts. Especially if they look like there are tiny dark dots in the skin, and it also looks rough. Warts generally don't hurt, unless they are on a surface that gets pressure, like the bottom of your feet. You can try otc wart removers or see a doctor for treatment. They can spread if not treated.

i removed a nail and en though swell g and redness is going down around the toe inside where the nail grows developing i'm on keflex ?

YOU NEED: to SOAK THAT TOE (FOOT) in hot (but not burning) water..continue the antibiotic 
If redness increases or increased swelling/redness persists get it checked out by the Health Care Professional who prescribed the Keflex!

Pain meds + Ice/heat: + elevate + Antibiotics.
See your PCP for the early treatment and antibiotics, but if no improvement then the nail would need to be removed ( partial or completely).  Soaking in warm saline also is helpful.

Many things: Is the area round? Raised? Itchy? Scaly? Most commonly, this could represent allergies or seborrhea/eczema. Duration and associated symptoms/findings are necessary to further delineate. Best is to have it checked out if you're worried.

Paronychia: Sometimes the infection gets into the Cuticle area and affects the growth of the nail.  See a Podiatrist that specializes in the feet/nail conditions of the foot and if properly evaluated and treated, you should be soon on your way to recovery.  Best wishes.

Maybe: The picture you describe is certainly compatible with an acute gout attack. However, gout is an extremely rare disease in a premenopausal female. If it happens again, try to see a rheumatologist.
