i have this red itchy bump with a  black center & it is not  a ingrown hair or a blackhead it's not a rash  its on my inner thigh  on  my right leg ?

Bug bite, local trauma, multiple ones of them would mean something totally different, in theory, local infection possibly... probably other possiblities

i have been having this small red very itchy bumps looks like mosquito bites but i cant find mosquitos anywhere, and they keep on appearing on my body its been a week, they go in 2-3 days and leave black marks, they are not stopping please help?

: Just a modest suggestion.  Perhaps you are being afflicted by bedbugs.  Check your mattress, and bed clothes.

Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.

Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

Should see a doctor: Many things can cause huge red itchy bumps. Giant hives, eczema, fungal infection, impetigo... Can present in similar way but treatment is quite different. You should come see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Many questions about skin benefit from a doctor being able to see it - so a trip to your primary doctor, urgent care, or dermatologist is in order. Maybe folliculitis: It sounds like you have folliculitis an infection and inflammation in the hair follicles. See your dermatologist for treatment but in the interim you can try a benzoyl peroxide wash.
