Rash: You should see you doctor or a dermatologist to have your rash evaluated. There are a number of different possibilities and they can't be diagnosed without examination and testing history of the development of the rash as well as fungal cultures will be helpful. Treatment before adequate diagnosis may make it more difficult to diagnose.

???allergic rxn???: Penicillins are safe in pregnancy but you could still be allergic to it. I would stop taking it; take 25mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (it may make you sleepy, so don't drive); call & show rash to your ob. If having shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately & inform your ob. There are many antibiotics which can safely be substituted in pregnancy. Let your OB decide if allergy or just a rxn.

Watch salt intake: This could be a problem of salt intake being too high.  Other alternatives that could cause swelling are glutens and dairy.  I would check in with your primary care doc for a complete checkup
