Multiple: factors.   Hygiene, take 1-2  daily baths  and soap each armpit for 3 minutes.  Use a  mild deodorant  in small amounts.  Check for diabetes with your primary doctor.

Treatment but no cur: You might have something called h. Suppurativa, which is something like acne in the armpits. It can be treated with both topical and oral antibiotics. Lasers and drugs called biologics  have also been  used. Sometimes the individual boils can be injected with a cortisone solution which is very helpful.

: Stress definitely affects negatively  immunity and health in general. However having your rash examined and treated would be best, specifically an infectious cause if applicable will have to be ruled out.

Genetics: You probably have a condition called hidradenitis suppurative.  It is probably in your genes.  It is not something that you did.  It is a disorder of the apocrine
glands and can cause scarring.  Need good local hygiene,  weight reduction can help,  antiperspirant agents,  loose clothing, antibiotics such as tetracycline, 
intralesional steroids, propecia, (finasteride) biologic therapy, 
surgical excision

Antibiotics: Boils requires appropriate oral antibiotics. Topical surgical soap can reduce recurrence, as well as baths with dilute clorox solution to decrease bacteria level. The other possibility is a condition called hidraadenitis suppuritiva which may require surgery to address the problem. For either condition see doctor.

Boils: are caused by an infection that occurs in the hair follicles. The best way to get rid of boils is an antibacterial soap which will get rid of all the bacteria. If the condition still persist after 7 days visit your physician for the evaluation.

Get it checked: Some people get an inflammation of their sweat glands called hydradenitis suppuitiva.  Treatment may be local drainage, antibiotics, and wound care.  Sometimes the glands must be removed to effect a cure.

Takes some time: Sounds like you 2 may be colonized with bacteria causing these boils.  Try usi g hibiclens wash (sold at most drug stores) daily for 2 weeks to clear the colonization. Another option is taking a bleach bath (1/2 cup bleach) in an entire tub of bath water 2 or 3 times a week. This may decrease or eliminate this problem. Also be sure not to share personal hygiene items.
