Boils: are caused by an infection that occurs in the hair follicles. The best way to get rid of boils is an antibacterial soap which will get rid of all the bacteria. If the condition still persist after 7 days visit your physician for the evaluation.

Probably Staph: Most boils are infections with Staphylococcus aureus, a bacteria which may be difficult to eliminate. You should see a doctor who can puncture one of these and obtain cultures to determine the organisms responsible and its sensitivity to antibiotics. That way you can be on the road to treatment. Get better.
