Nothing: Strep throat is caused by a bacteria that you catch from someone else. You can best prevent it by careful hygiene, like using your own towels, toothbrushes, glasses, etc., doing good handwashing, and keeping your hands clean with soap and water and sanitizer when exposure is possible. If someone gets many severe cases, taking out the tonsils can be considered but has risks involved.

No: The coronavirus apparently only needs to be in contact with the mucosa of the lips, mouth, nose and eyes to infect someone.

Not allergies: Allergies would not cause fever. I would want to know the following: how old is the child? How long has this been going on? Any other lab work, specifically a blood count? Any other symptoms, such as swollen glands, sores in the mouth, rashes, joint swelling? How high is the fever? Recurrent fevers of unknown origin are sometimes referred to pediatric infectious disease specialists.

: The numbers you list include an IgA in the normal range. Low would be considered in an adult as below 60. IgA is a prominent Immunoglobulin responsible for helping defend mucous membranes in the nose, eyes, throat &amp; GI tract. I cannot attribute your pattern as due to an IgA deficiency.

ENT: Your physician may order cultures and a mono test, and if there is no abnormality based on these tests, then a cytologic analysis may be performed.
This requires a biopsy to be obtained by an ENT specialist.  
Avoid smoke, dust and airborne irritants.

: Tooth abscess may be caused by different bacteria than strep A but if you are a strep A carrier you may have recurring strep throat when your body is weakened by a tooth abscess. Fortunately, most of the time antibiotic for tooth abscess is also effective for strep A.
