Staph: Staph infections would not be due to vancomycin, they are treated with vancomycin (except for the very rare cases of vancomycin resistant staph aureus).  We would need more information, but in general, a deep staph infection is considered life threatening and requires prompt treatment.

i had infection and abscesses in my colon they drained out the pus by needle then i did surgery and diagnosed colon cancer does it spread if it licks?

Not sure...: If i understand your question. Colon cancer perforated at age 29 would be extremely rare. Ask your surgeon if there were clear margins & enough lymph nodes removed (12 or more removed is best). Review your treatment options with a medical oncologist. Perforated colon cancers can have higher risk factors for recurrence.

Usually not: Infections can co-exist  with, but not cause, colon cancer.  Ulcerative colitis, which is not an infection but an inflammatory disease, is tied to increased chances of developing colon cancer.

Supportive care: antibiotics, oxygen, iv fluids, bronchodilators, etc
really depends on pt. wishes and overall clinical condition.
consideration should be given to resuscitation status as condition could worsen quickly

Either: Rectal and colon cancer could be very serious and should not been taking lightly
you are 25 years old chance of cancer very low but not zero
you simply have a bad constipation you should not let yourself go for four month without proper treatment
eat more healthy food less junk eat more fruits and fibers drink a lot of water and take stool softener if you need it 
see your doctor if not better.

Not very likey: Many GI problems present with similar symptoms.  Rarely is a GI symptom specific for just one problem.  Colon cancer is exceedingly rare for a 25 year old.  Keep your GI appt, it may be a hemorrhoid that can be fixed during your visit.

Possibly hemorrhoids: most rectal bleed is usually from hemorrhoids, cancer is extremely rare especially at this age, but needs to be ruled out, therefore a specialist either general surgeon or gastroenterologist is necessary.

i don't drink alcohol at all and still have rectal bleeding, could i have colon cancer?

Yes...but not likely: You should really be examined. It's not normal to have rectal bleeding, especially at 33. Cancer is a remote possibility. More likely  would be benign anorectal disease, or inflammatory bowel disease. Being a teatotaler doesn't make much difference. Please seek a medical evaluation.  Good luck.

i'm 18 and have no personal or family history with rectal/colon cancer. however, i've been experiencing most symptoms relating to the diseases (excluding bleeding, dark stool) for a week. key symptom: rectal/anal discomfort. should i be concerned?
