Be careful: Raw eggs can be dangerous to your health so first practice good hygiene. Egg whites contain excellent sources of protein especially albumin. This has been a popular available product through the ages and the Albumin masks probably acts as a biologic dressing to maintain skin moisture but I am not aware of scientfic studies in the "optimal" formula or recipe.

Can use Lactaid milk: The university of rochester medical center pediatric nutrition web page has a long list of lactose-free foods (plus things to avoid): www.Urmc.Rochester.Edu/childrens-hospital/nutrition/lactose-free.Cfm lactose intolerant persons (over age 3 yr) can always take lactaid chewables or tablets with meals or snacks that contain lactose. Lactaid milk is fine, and comes as whole, lowfat, or nonfat milk.

Honey nasal rinse: You can use honey, but studies show that adding a ten percent xylitol (sugar) to the nasal/sinus rinse is more effective.  The bacteria take up the xylitol as it looks like regular sugar food to them, but xylitol weakens and kills the bacteria.  When used as a mouth rinse ten percent xylitol solution also kills gum bacteria that causes cavities.

Check ingredients: I see no reason why not. You might want to adjust recipes for more optimal healthful eating, such as reducing and substituting fats, and reducing sugars. If the recipes overly rely on a taste for meats and carbohydrate- and fat-heavy foods, it might be better to preserve as a keepsake than to cook from.

Good sense means avoiding activities known to cause health problems. Smoking is always bad, and too much sun increases wrinkles and skin cancer. Good blood vessels help  repair the day-to-day damage. Eating right and exercising help.

For the gullible: This is a mix of tea, lemonade, maple syrup and pepper, with no sold food. You'll lose weight mostly because it's nasty and you'll take in fewer calories. I hope you are not so foolish as to believe it "removes poisons from the body" -- your body actually cleans itself. Long-term users have ended up very sick from it. Short-term it's safe enough if you're reasonably healthy.

Not sure: Do not know what TN stands for other than Tennessee.  Do not know of any "healing recipe," salve, emollient, snake oil, pill or potion that will resolve dysfunction of the temporo-mandibular joint.  I would like to learn of any new or valuable treatments, especially if supported by well founded research.

Accepted Answer

Not really: The issue with fries is the fact that whether regular potato or sweet potato, they are generally prepared by deep frying which infuses a lot of fat into the fry.  A better way to prepare them is to use raw potatoes so you know what you are starting with (prepackaged sometimes have salty and fatty additives).  Then bake the fries instead of frying them.  Good taste and healthier.

Buy sunscreen: Why take chances with your skin? While zinc oxide is a low-tech but effective sun blocking ingredient, you don't have to spend much to get good sunscreens.
