Time: Slipped discs or "herniated discs" generally heal over weeks to months.  Docs used to recommend bedrest but this is no longer recommended as it can lead to muscle atrophy.  If you are having loss of strength or sensation in your arms/legs you should get checked out by an md.

Fresh skin: Use a broad spectrum sunscreen, a gentle liquid cleanser up to twice a day (assuming it doesn't dry out your skin).  If your skin is dry you can apply a light moisturizer at night.  There are no magic creams, but the biggest thing is avoiding sun damage.

Yes: Skipping rope is a good form of aerobic activity. It would be best to mix it with other aerobic exercises and to consider some weight work as well.

Leave it alone: If you are healthy do not worry about "fattening" yourself. In a few years you will start gaining weight and will look back fondly at these years when you could eat what you wanted and not gain weight. Do exercise regularly to improve your muscle mass.

If you like wearing then, you're one of the 10% of guys who like to cross-dress. If this is an unwanted compulsion or it limits what you can do, consider cognitive-behavioral therapy. Otherwise, consider simply enjoying it.

Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....
