Many: There are many reasons that one can lose vision.  Only a thorough evaluation can determine why the vision is lost and whether there is a possibility of recovery.  See an ophthalmologist as soon as possible.

i was diagnosed with a bone tumor in my frontal/ethmoid sinuses 1year ago so far ive had 4 operations.the reason we had to do the operations was that it was pushing my eye.what can actually happen if the brain will be left bare? what choice do i have?

: No, it cannot be left unprotected. Neurosurgeon and plastic surgeon will take care the opening with autograft.

Carotid artery: is main one the other one vertebral , most common problem is atheromatous  plaque formation and narrowing the lumen or dislodging ultimately leads to stroke. You must speak to your doctor who ordered the test , will put together clinical and radiological findings together to give you the right answer.

It will rule: out a neck mass with a relatively high degree of confidence, but no test is 100%.  It is likely enough to start thinking of other etiologies for your pain rather than a neck tumor, unless there is a palpable mass, in which case additional imaging may be warranted.

Usually: certain type of tumors can't be well visualized on CT and requires MRI, such as meningiomas, but neck pain is rarely cause of tumor in the brain.  tumors can occur in the spinal cord, including the neck spinal cord, but neck pain is usually due to problems with the neck itself, such as disc or arthritis.

Depends: Typically pituitary tumors compress the central portion of the optic chiasm. This leads to loss of vision in the periphery. Surgery is done to decompress and debulk the tumor. As it descends away from the optic chiasm, the vision can improve. A lot depends on the size and location of the tumor as well as how long it has been compressing the optic chiasm.

It's possible: Any disease in close proximity to the frontal skull base (i.e. "eye sockets") can irritate the linings of the adjacent membranes through inflammation, distortion, compression or infiltration of the structures. Tumors are not the only cause. If you're worried, get it checked out. Start with a neurologist, ent, or ophthalmologist depending upon any associated symptoms.

Hard to say: Loss of vision in one eye is potentially serious. The list of causes is long and range from graves disease ( which is a thyroid disorder that can be associated with eye problems) , multiple sclerosis, to migraine and many other things.  Someone with the problem needs a formal medical evaluation.

The : The blurring of vision you are describing could be caused by a large list of reasons ranging from benign dry eye to a more serious blood flow issue.  It is important to note if you are experiencing any other neurologic symptoms during these episodes such as headache, nausea, numbness/weakness of your arms or legs, dizzyness, ect.  These could be signs of a blood flow issue and warrants a prompt workup with your pcp.

The fact it clears with Aspirin is unusual and may or may not be related to your condition.  Dry eye can also cause blurry vision when you wake up.  This usually resolved with blinking or consistant artificial tears.  Other corneal issues have also been known to cause blurryness in the am.

I'm sorry i can not give you a set answer.  You do need a proper eye examination by an ophthalmologist to rule out corneal or retinal problems.  If the eye examination is normal, the doctor may want to refer you to a neuro-ophthalmologist for a further evaluation.
