Neuro check: You should assume there is no reason actually, only after a complete medical and neuro checkup. If there is no reason after all medical and neurologic workup, then maybe it could be discussed with a therapist or psychiatrist.

Food allergies?: Keep a food diary and see if you can pinpoint exactly which foods are contributing to the problem. Eliminate such foods one at a time for at least three weeks and see if problem persists. If problem goes away, add food back to see if it returns. If it does, you know the problem. Start with lactose and gluten products.  If this doesn't work, see a gastroenterologist.

Reasons for feeling : Cold: hypothyroidism, anemia (esp. W low iron or vitamin b 12 deficiency), anorexia (fasting or low body weight), chronic illnesses, chronic pain, hypoglycemia, hypothermia (low body temperature), raynaud's disease, being in cold environment, cold intolerance, anxiety or panic, cardiac or nervous system diseases, some meds as well as both viral ; bacterial infections.

See your doctor: See your doctor. Sometimes shaking is visible, called nystagmus--and there are several causes. Other times the shaking is not visible and is only perceived--other causes. See your doctor for better information.

Sensory: There are many reasons, but one i often find is that sensory issues were not diagnosed early in someone's life.  

If your thoughts about being touched have changed over the years, it probably isn't sensory integration issues with your tactile sense.  But if you never liked being touched (even by those close to you or affectionate with you) throughout your life, it could be sensory issues.

Nerve: There are many possibilities why you have the onlay treatment. Such as cracked tooth, large caries or failed filling ..., etc. But they pointed to one thing, you have compromised tooth structure and compromised tooth pulp chamber where nerve and blood vessels  resides. If you have the pain after the treatment, you should contact your dentist for re-evaluation.

However, famines don't happen here, so fat bodies just stay as fat bodies and suffer health problems.

what is the  reason behind snoring?

Many answers: Classically the snoring sound comes from the soft palate and uvula.  However, when I have performed sleep endoscopy on my patients (patients are asleep as i watch their airway with a fiberoptic scope), I have seen the tongue, lateral walls, and even the epiglottis vibrate to contribute to the snoring.  Improving nasal airflow is a good 1st step in addressing snoring.
