Get checked for: Muscle strain, arthritis and certainly ur anxiety and panic attacks can significantly          conttribute to ur symptoms (which could be psychosomatic). See a rheumatologist: You describe pain in multiple joints. Multiple causes of diffuse joint pains need to be ruled out and then appropriate treatment.

Usually: Usually caused by minor skin irritation. Could be from particular shirt collar, necklace, bag strap, ingrown hair, fungal infection to name just a few.  Sometimes ensuring that the skin is adequately hydrated is enough to relieve the tickle.

The Pleasure center: in YOUR brain is connected to your neck which in turn is connected to your back and triggers what you've heard people talk about as that "warm fuzzy feeling inside."  Personally, when I see a movie with a particularly emotional scene or a parent lamenting over their child with Cancer and break down...I get a tingly sensation in my nose. Strong emotions can provoke funny feelings of all types.

LHERMITTE'S: If the spinal cord is irritated locally, an electrical shock like sensation may be experienced on flexion or extension.  Can be seen in MS, cervical disc disease, B-12 issues.
Consider a visit to your doctor.

Medical workup: These sensations appear to be muscular in origin and can be seen in a variety of conditions e.g. Chiari malformation, dermatomyositis, tension myositis, psycho-social stress, depression, suppressed anger, post traumatic stress disorder, spinal deformity, spinal cord tumors, the list goes on. If symptoms persist see your primary care physician for a medical workup.

Shingles: Shingles can present with localized burning and tingling.  Have your doctor map out the affected area and see if it corresponds to a dermatome.  If so , shingles is possible even if there are no skin lesions. If your doctor does not suspect shingles, he/she may want to search for other causes.

Probably OK: People reacts differently to hypoglycemia and this might be how your body warns you of progressing hypoglycemia.  If it goes away with eating, i wouldn't worry about it.  If it is becoming more consistent and not relating to hunger and not improved with eating anymore, i would have it checked out by your physician.

It could be: Tingling in the feet is common. 60% of tingling (usually both feet) comes from peripheral nerve (nerves in the foot) problems due to diabetes or another cause. One-sided tingling could be due to nerve compression from a spinal nerve in the back or even lower down in the leg. Vitamin deficiencies, e.g. B12 can cause, along with liver/kidney/thyroid disease or toxins such as alcohol. Seek evaluation
