I'm not concerned: Just having a mild viral infection can concentrate your blood and raise your serum ferritin slightly. I wasn't surprised to see this was the case when i opened your question.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, most of the high values could be due to dehydration. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Negative 4 gen rules out HIV from exposure.

How high: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, high B12 is not some thing to be concerned about. If you collected the urine sample without contamination with vaginal fluid, then you may wish to discuss it with your doctor.

Yes: If the urine sample was not a "clean catch" specimen ("speciwoman"), then it is unavoidable that RBC's would be noted in the urine die to the proximity of the urinary opening to the vagina.

They are abnormal: I wonder if it was a catheterized or clean catch urine. If it is a catch urine, sometimes we see many wbcss which may be normal, but there should not be any rbcs. If it was a catheterized urine, rbcs may be there because of the trauma associated with catheterization, but there should not be wbcs. Creatinine value changes with age. If she is only a toddler, the cretinine is too high. See a doctor.

Need a few: more numbers. The high RW may mean you still are iron deficient. Do you know your ferritin?  RBCs in your urine unlikely unrelated
