I have a slightly elevated rbc at 5.43 tera/l. slightly elevated ferritin 315 ug/l and a billirubin of 45 umol/l. no discomfort. urine is fine. ?

I'm not concerned: Just having a mild viral infection can concentrate your blood and raise your serum ferritin slightly. I wasn't surprised to see this was the case when i opened your question.

Difficult history: Ferritin is acute phase reactant hence , rbc elevation and bilirubin raises question of hemochromatosis.Another question is that of possible chronic unconjugated hyperbilirubenemia and chronic hepatitis.Suggest full evaluation.
