Eliminate from diet: Eat vegetables one by one each day. Stay away from those that cause problems. Most common in my experience is corn. Indigestable due to lack of enzyme to digest zeim , a protein in corn. Milk and milk  products can also cause problems due to lactose deficiency.If persists see physician.

MMMmmm: Ok, perhaps you should eat some carbohydrates too? You could have gastritis causing small bleeds and reflux? But really you probably need to widen your diet? CAn I refer you to a dietician?

i have been having not stop indigestion and heart burn for 3days, it gets a better for a little while if i eat. chest and throat feel raw. not short of breath but feels hard to take in air sometimes. is this just gerd?  pepcid ac & tums not working

This could be GERD: but there are other more serious diagnoses possible including heart disease. You need to be evaluated by a health care professional as soon as possible since this has been going on for three days!

Diet for GI problems: The recommended diet would be different for each of those G.I. problems. The best diet for you would depend on which of these are actually causing you the most symptoms.  I would see a gastroenterologist to help sort out your predominant problem and base your diet on that. Until then, a high fiber diet low in citrus fruits and tomatoes would be a good place to start. Probably not : Eating enough portions. In any case, increase fibers, fruits and take  dulcolax stool softeners as directed otc  or any equivalents. You can also try benefibers, metamucil, colace (docusate sodium) , mag citrate.The effects vary with individual person.Also need to consult with your physician for other medical condition causing constipation like colon cancer. Early diagnosis will lead to a better prognosis/ outcome.

Indigestion: Indigestion is a commoners word when there is abdominal pain after eating or there is burning pain in the upper abdomen below the sternum or the left or mid upper abdomen, also may have gassy feeling or excessive burping. See your doctor if you have concerns.

See your doc: Can't tell here. Could be lots of things, from inflamed esophagus or stomach, ulcers, gallbladder or pancreas disease, colon problems, metabolic abnormalities, even neurologic or blood vessel issues.

Small light meals: First, try eating small, frequent meals.  Avoid soda due to the carbonation, which will make you full faster.  If you still have indigestion or heartburn, you can try an antacid like tums (calcium carbonate). If it persists, you should talk to your doctor about other options.
