Possibly: There is no side effect of getting headaches consuming onions. If you develop an allergy to onions, then you can get headaches.

The trigger: A variety of external and internal factors can trigger a migraine attack in certain individuals who may have a genetic or neurochemical predisposition to migraine. External triggers such as weather-related changes, high humidity, sensory input such as flashing lights, sunlight, loud noises, and exposure to odors, smoking, alcohol (red wine) and stress have all been implicated in migraine.

5 to 7 Days: Facial cuts heal pretty fast and it is 5 to 7 days to heal and redness may take another week or so to go away.

Yeast infection?: A vaginal yeast infection (candida vulvovaginitis) is the usual cause of such symptoms. If there are visible blisters or open sores, it could be herpes. Severe or recurrent yeast can be a sign of underlying illness, especially diabetes. Contact your doctor. If no sores, she might recommend you first try an over the counter yeast medication, but your must be seen if no improvement in 2-3 days.

touched eye after handling raw chicken. tear duct is sore almost a week later. no redness. could this resolve on its own? anything to watch for?

Yes: The difficult problem is knowing what you mean by sore tear duct. The inner corner of your eyelid has a drainage hole (punctum) that allows tears to drain into your nose via nasolacrimal duct. If you had an infection from the chicken, I'd expect much more yellowish discharge from eyeball. However if you're very tender in the corner with eyelid redness/swelling, get it checked by Eye MD. ?antibiotc

i have had raw/redness/burning around anus for 2 days. should i treat with hydrocortisone or clotrimazole because i'm not sure if its fungal?

Raw Skin: The best medication to use is a prescription called vytone cream or dermazine. These products have a 1% Hydrocortisone cream and an iodine deravitive which can treat bacteria, yeast and fungus. The problem you have is you do not know if this a also a bacterial infection.

: Yes, it can, as alcohol is irritant and will cause local chemical inflammation, pain and swelling. There must be a reason for why you decided to rub alcohol on your genitals (a potential infection/rash?) and that by itself can cause above symptoms as well. Or in other words a different cause contributing to your symptoms cannot be ruled out, best to have your doc examine and make recommendations.

No: This is an irritant reaction but does not represent an actual food allergy. Food allergy reactions are more likely to present with a combination of the following: rash or hives (the most common symptoms), swelling of lips, tongue, or throat, respiratory symptoms, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Several of : These foods are quite acidic, which may well give you a bitter taste. Try different combinations.
