the skin above my lips has been getting raw and chapped. this has been getting worse over the last few days and it began 3 days ago after prolonged sun exposer (i dont know if thats relate to) the same thing occurred last year around the same time?

Infection by a virus: Most likely viral infection. If that is the cause it should resolve on its own within few days. If not it doesn't, i would recommend seeing a doctor.

Need oral examinatio: Ulcers or infections can cause such symptoms . Need oral examination by your pcp.

May be lip eczema: Persistent dry lips may be lip eczema, which can be treated like skin eczema, using hydrocortisone cream plus Vaseline or Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes, lipsticks or lip sunscreen chemicals are causing an allergic reaction on the lips. Other times, a person is a primary lip-licker (it's his habit). If dry lips crack, they can get irritated by foods or juices. A doctor can sort things out.

See your doctor: This is not normal and you need to be certain you don't have a treatable cause of vaginitis. You cannot diagnose or treat this on the internet, see a doctor and get it fixed.

its hard without a photo but i ate this morning & realized right where my lips sit together more towards into my mouth it was looking a little red in a small area. it doesnt hurt & i dont see any blisters. it feels raw, could it just be irritated?

: I assume there has been no trauma.   At this time it appears to be only irritation. Rinse mouth out with warm salt water intermittently &amp; observe for appearance of a canker sore or cold sore. See your MD as needed.

clear bubble on bottom lip. doctor said from eating hot foods which i did. i got some topical cream it dried out i pulled scab off. its still red raw meat now what how do i resolve faster

Burn: If this was a burn caused blister and not a herpes, it will heal from inside out. The lip is highly vascular and burns there should heal earlier than on the other skin sites. Instead of 2 weeks or more, I would normally expect healing in half that time. Don't srape of scabs as they protect the underlying tissue and therefore your lip will take longer to heal. See MD as needed.

can a canker sore be on the lips? i noticed a small raw area on my lip, its not very raised, not a cluster and it doesnt hurt at all. i wouldnt have known it was there if i didnt lick my lips in that specific spot?

: Canker sores can occur on the inside of the lips on your mucous membranes. On the outside of the lip could be a cold sore[herpetic lesion] or trauma from lip biting or sucking.

hi, my upper lip is scaly, raw, red and burning with small pus dots. its been a couple of years now and keeps me trapped inside out of embarrassment. ive been to gps and a dermatologist but nothing has helped nor have i been accurately diagnosed. ?

See dermatologist: see dermatologist for eval and possible tx when lesions are active. If constant for 2 yrs, then could be due to chronic sun exposure and sun damage, called actinic cheilitis. I'm betting that the lesions are intermittent and there is a prodrome with tingling and itching/burning/numbness preceding an attack...if so, prob is hsv which means that you might need a culture and specific blood tests

slight swelling and tiny white dots on lip.  not painful, but slightly raw.  i have pictures!  lol?

Mucositis: I could not see the picture. It sounds like some irritation/inflammation in the mucous membrane. It may heal on its own. If persist need to look for any underlying reason causing this problem
