i have fluid filled blisters on my bikini line and a mild psoriasis like rash on my thighs and stomach. what could this be?

Rash: If the rash involves both thighs,it would not be shingles;if only one thigh it could be. With such an extensive rash,I recommend an examination by your Physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Blistering is often a viral rash,burn or severe allergic reaction.

Eczema: Sounds like eczema.  Needs to be treated with mid to high potency steroids.  Could try twice daily Hydrocortisone ointment  and strict avoidance of soap, water and solvents for a few weeks.

Usually: Usually, unless they are in moist areas that don't allow a definite scab. Please make sure those lesions have healed well before you think you are not contagious!

A qualified yes: If you meant atopic dermatitis then the answer is unusual. If you meant contact dermatitis , then the answer is often yes.  I suspect that you might have used neosporin (or equivalent) OTC ointment on the wound site and have developed a contact allergy to one of the ingredients (neomycin). Try topical HC cream and stop the antibiotic ointment. If problem persists , see your doctor.

Blisters associated with a skin rash are typically circular-shaped and filled with a serous fluid that may leak out, forming a yellow crust. Causes include bacteria, viruses, and allergic reactions. See your doctor when you have your rash.

Sounds like herpes: Try bht (butylated hydroxytoluene) available over the counter in some health food stores or on the internet.  Bht is the most effective treatment for herpes. : There are several rashes that can causes blisters that form in clusters including shingles, impetigo, bullous impetigo to name a few.  It would be best to have the rash evaluated by a physician to help with the actual diagnosis.
