my 1 month old son has developed rashes in form of small red bumps all over his body including face neck chest and back . what should i do ?

Baby acne?: It's likely to be baby acne at his age, assuming that he is otherwise well and feeding normally.  Baby acne tends to occur right around this age and looks like red bumps that get redder and stand out more when baby is upset or just after a bath.  This goes away on its own in a few weeks. It is caused by maternal hormones that crossed through the placenta.  No treatment is needed.

Impossible to say: How can you expect an answer when one cannot even visualize the rash? See a dermatologist. It is highly unlikely that the rash is associated with cardiac issues.

Allergic reaction?: Red, raised bumps are most commonly a sign of an allergic reaction.  Swelling and bruising is not unexpected at the site of any injection, however.  If there are any signs of difficulty breathing or fever, then a personal evaluation would be prudent.  If she is otherwise normal, observe and contact pediatrician if it does not resolve.  Report the reaction to the pediatrician.

Rash: It may not be scarlet fever at all. Scarlet fever is a fairly rare manifestation of strep infection. It's unlikely to go without sore throat and fever either. You will need to take you kid to the doc to figure this out.

See a doctor: well it could be a simple allergic reaction,heat rashes or bug bites
use benadryl (diphenhydramine) pills 25-50 mg it could make him sleepy so take it around bed time you can use hydro cortisone ointment OTC apply to the area of the rashes
either way it is safer to see the doctor for more proper treatment

Variable: Hiv is a viral infection. Some people get a rash from the virus itself, some get rashes from the medications used to treat it, and  some get rashes from other infections if the HIV is untreated. Like most viral infections, it can give pink dots all over which can run together.

Facial rash: Small red bumps on face typically represent a rash.  Rashes can be caused by many things such a virus, food allergies, contact allergies and more. If it persists for more than several days I recommend dermatology evaluation. Try to pinpoint what may have caused the rash. Topical corticosteroid creams may help

Yes: This type of rash is commonly known as erythema toxicum, or etox, and is sometimes mistaken for "flea bites." it generally comes and goes for the first few weeks of life. They do not bother your baby, and no treatment is required. If the spots look like blisters, your infant isn't feeding well or appears ill, they need to be examined.
