See GYN : Check with your gyn to figure out what these represent.  Could be hormonal, infection, contact dermatitis, seborrhea, intertrigo.  Lots of possibles.

Unclear: Having a hysterectomy does not cause a rash. You are on a number of meds that might cause a rash. Of these the Prozac (fluoxetine) seems to be more offensive. Would not think that a rash this long would be from this. Seek care from a dermatologist.  Psychiatric issues can be a sores of a rash

Get it checked.:  A malodorous rash could be an infection. This would be worth getting medically assessed. Take care.

Not normal: No unexplained vaginal bleeding is normal, and some causes can be serious. Maybe particular concern if your partial hysterctomy was done for cancer or pre-cancerous problem, like cervical dysplasia. See a doctor soon.

Yes: Yes you should have your doctor check you. You need treatment. He may send you to a dermatologist for the skin rash.

Not typically: I doubt hysterectomy itself is the cause of your current issues. Possibly the reason the hysterectomy was done for didn't resolve and is now causing your problem, but that remains to be elucidated by your doc.

why do i have so much pain from this hytrecomy its a couple of years i had a mesh implant put in me to help support my bladder rashes i hurt in my left hip all the time i have rashes my hip hurt it has tore up and pain all the time in sex discharge

There : There are a few different issues going on here. You should see your doctor for your hip pan. You will likely need an x-ray and pain medication while a diagnosis is sought. As far as your abdominal pain, this also needs to be investigated. You could have a build up of scar tissue or an issue with the mess. Lastly the vaginal discharge could be infectious (bacteria, yeast, etc) please see your doctor in order to address all your issues.

Many reasons: A hysterectomy is needed for cancer of the uterus, ovary, or cervix.  It is an important option for 1) large fibroids or ones causing heavy bleeding or pain, 2) endometriosis, especially if causing pain or ovarian cysts, 3) adenomyosis especially if causing pain or heavy bleeding, 4) prolapse of the uterus, or 5) treatment of pain and bleeding when conservative measures fail.

Most davinci(robotic surgery) and lavh surgeries require more than one site to remove the uterus.
