Unclear: Having a hysterectomy does not cause a rash. You are on a number of meds that might cause a rash. Of these the Prozac (fluoxetine) seems to be more offensive. Would not think that a rash this long would be from this. Seek care from a dermatologist. Psychiatric issues can be a sores of a rash

Difficult to say..: Unfortunately without knowing what the rash looks like and where the rash is, it's difficult to answer this. A hysterectomy alone should not cause a rash. If you are that worried you should see a dermatologist.
