Often, a rash may appear as the immune system recognizes the problem (the virus) and destroys it, creating a temporary rash. Urticaria?: Abilify (aripiprazole) can cause skin rash -- including urticaria & itching -- in a small percentage of cases.  There is also the syndrome of cold-induced urticaria or hives.  Do you get this reaction when you don't go outside?  Please tell your doctor about this.  Discernment about specifically what you're experiencing, is needed.

Yes and Yes: I answered this previously.  In a very small percentage of people, Abilify (aripiprazole) can cause urticarial rash.  So can exposure to cold weather.  Again, please contact your prescribing physician about your concerns.

after sweating/taking a shower, my body becomes itchy. this only happens when i take cold or lukewarm showers, not with hot showers. i dont get rashes, and the itch goes away w/ time or faster if i apply heat (ex. sunbathe).lotion does not help. why?

: Are you sure there is no rash when you have the itching? There is an allergic condition called cold urticaria, triggered by cooling the skin. If that's it, you should see hives (welt-like itchy pink spots). See your personal physician, or a dermatologist. Good luck.
