Bartholin cyst: I would not worry  if you want a second opinion see your gyn and maybe they will excise it  but usually not a cancer.

Extremely rare: This is quite uncommon, and usually only seen in people with an extensive family history of the disease, polyposis coli (a disease with thousands of polyps) or ulcerative colitis (an inflammatory disease of the colon known to [over many years] to cause cancer).  You should be tested for genetic markers for colon cancer and other cancers to determine best treatment for you, and screening for family.

Pretty rare...: But not impossible. Most solid tumors occur at older ages, some leukemias and lymphomas in teens. Overall, pretty rare. Don't worry, see doc if unwell, and for regular checkups. Stay healthy.

Yes, quite rare: Bone Cancer is rather uncommon. yet it does occur and occurs more in the younger subjects. So a 22 year old female is not exempt from Bone cancer. If she has a swelling or persistent pain in  a bone, an X-rays of the bones is advised to look into it further.

Yes and No: It is true that doctors may not be able to give prognostic information if there is little prior experience with that kind of tumor.  However, as a general principle, tumors with distant spread are worse than localized tumors.  Tumors that are resectable are better than unresectable tumors invading important structures.  More information is needed to give you any "prognostic" advice.

Rare but yes....: I suppose a notable one at that age is testicular cancer. You should be checking yourself every month. Cancer at any age is not as common as most types of illness but can happen at any age from birth up until advanced old age.
