Not likely: Hypoglycemia (blood glucose less than 50, a typically less than 40) can be associated with seizures, but I have never heard of fluctuations within the normal range causing it.

They vary but,,: Normal ranges for constituents like these vary slightly from lab to lab, but basically, the ranges should be about 2.0-8.0 mg/dl for men and 1.5-6.9 mg/dl for women for uric acid.  Creatinine in serum is generally &lt; 1.5 mg/dl for both men and women, while serum glucose is usually about 75-115 mg/dl for men and women.  Blood urea nitrogen has a normal range of 10-20 mg/dl. Don't get your life: With diabetes, you need to be monitored closely as you experiment. Don't expect miraculous results from swapping calories from one group to another. : Blood glucose can vary a lot depending on what and when you ate. A random blood glucose above 200 - confirmed and with symptoms of diabetes, means one has diabetes. However most of the time a random blood glucose will be below 140 in a healthy person. 2 hours after a meal, blood glucose level should return to pre-meal/fasting levels.

Yes: early Type 2 Diabetes  or "Pre-Diabetes" is now a TREATABLE disorder and it is thought that EARLY treatment is beneficial but NOT INSULIN.  An oral hypoglycemic (such as METFORMIN) is usually chosen!
(along with dietary changes and weight loss if obese)

Borderline level : This is a borderline reading and needs further evaluation.  Your doctor should consider another random and a fasting blood sugar and a hemoglobin a1c level.
