Blood glucose can vary a lot depending on what and when you ate. A random blood glucose above 200 - confirmed and with symptoms of diabetes, means one has diabetes. However most of the time a random blood glucose will be below 140 in a healthy person. 2 hours after a meal, blood glucose level should return to pre-meal/fasting levels.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided your actual result. Wish you good health!
