what are essential vitamins someone like me should take? im 20yr old male 59 230 (starting weight loss journey) who stays in most of my days due to online schooling. i want to make sure my body is getting enough vitamins?

: For most people living in developed countries, and many people living is less developed countries, vitamin supplementation is not needed.  Work on getting your nutrients from basic, unprocessed foods.  Start with adequate protein, calcium, vitamin D.   Take a look at https://www.myplate.gov/

i have bile gastritis after gallbalder removal. i am.in my 26 day after surgery .liver will adjust not to produce  so much bile?

The liver is working: just fine- it is a stomach issue and usually responds to acid inhibition with Protonix, Nexium or Prilosec. Avoid all fried greasy or fatty foods.

have a rash/bumps that appeared on my back. they slightly itchy and feel abit of discomfort. there are a few bumps in like a circle.

Many possibilities..: Itchy spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections, medication causes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be examined in-person or via video visit.

: I prefer Aveeno moisturizing body wash to treat heat rash. Mild salicylic body wash can be used to sooth heat rash though.

See your PCP: Your rash may or may not be related to the acid reflux. The rash could be an allergy to some new medication, a new soap, detergent, plant, animal, an infection, etc.  There are many causes of rashes. I encourage you to see a health professional who can fully examine you and determine the cause of it if you have tried over the counter medications such as benadryl (diphenhydramine) or hydrocortisone.

Can't tell here: Can't tell what that is in this forum.  Some conditions can cause rash/flushing and excess acid production, but can't tell without exam.

See a doctor: If you have constant normal uric acid levels then you pain is not from gout.
There are many things to cause foot pain.  See a podiatrist

See below: GERD is not known to cause rashes or hives. these are most common with anything that causes histamine release from the body like allergies.  Gerd can present with unusual symptoms like asthma, chest pain, headaches, biter taste, sore throat. but the hallmark of GERD is heartburn

See doctor: Make sure that there is no residual insect particles in the lesion and i wonder if your lesions have been infected.   You need to see a doctor about this.
