for over a week now i've had a rash on the inner fold of my arm. it appears on both my right and left arms. but is barely visible on my right arm. they appear as tiny red raised bumps. they don't hurt or itch. is this a sign of hiv?

i have a raised bump on the inside of my arm in my elbow crease. it is itchy, has no rash. i have had an ear infection 3 weeks ago could this be an inflamed epitrochlear node? should i be worried?

Lymphadenopathy : Unlikely that this is related to your ear infection. Lymphnodes typically drain regional anatomy. If you had a finger/forearm infection, than it would be plausible.

1 week and a half i noticed a bump inside my right arm and it didn't hurt the first week but i noticed that now if i touch it hurts like a bruise ?

Infected lymph node: An infection in a lymph node or infected hair follicles in your armpit are common causes, and may improve with warm compresses (sometimes require antibiotics or drainage). If it doesn't go away soon, best to have it examined.

R/O HIVE: Hive are raised bumps that can occur after an  allergen exposure. They are usually itchy and multiple. If there is only one it may be a cyst or a lipoma. You need an exam to determine the type of lesion .

RASH- Many causes!: Can be allergic rash, usually there is itching with it. Urticaria, a MAP like, raised, changing size and shape, is another kind of allergic rash. Other causes: viral infection, insect bite, contact dermatitis, keratosis pillaris, bacterial infection, etc. If not bothering, just wait, can use some moisturizing lotion. If any worsening, take the baby to the pediatrician.

Keratosis Pilaris: Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition in which a protein in the skin called keratin forms hard plugs within hair follicles.
Causes, incidence, and risk factors
keratosis pilaris is harmless (benign). It seems to run in families.  It is more common in people who have very dry skin, or who have atopic dermatitis (eczema).
The condition is generally worse in winter and often clears in the summ.

Veins: Are usually soft and collapsible blood vessels.
"bumps" in the veins,  if hard means that there is a possibility of clotted blood in the vein. In an arm it can happen if blood was drawn for tests for which the vein had to be penetrated with a needle. This detail was not however mentioned. I believe weight lifters can show some bumpy changes but i would expect that to be bilateral.
