A member asked:

Bumps in vein in my right arm, what is this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Veins: Are usually soft and collapsible blood vessels. "bumps" in the veins, if hard means that there is a possibility of clotted blood in the vein. In an arm it can happen if blood was drawn for tests for which the vein had to be penetrated with a needle. This detail was not however mentioned. I believe weight lifters can show some bumpy changes but i would expect that to be bilateral.
