1 week and a half i noticed a bump inside my right arm and it didn't hurt the first week but i noticed that now if i touch it hurts like a bruise ?

Infected lymph node: An infection in a lymph node or infected hair follicles in your armpit are common causes, and may improve with warm compresses (sometimes require antibiotics or drainage). If it doesn't go away soon, best to have it examined.
