i get so angry that i cry and break things. should i consider anger management?

GLAD YOU NOTICED: Seems like  something's wrong. Most people your age don't do that. I presume this isnt new, but in any case, something's wrong. Sounds like something a psychiatrist should evaluate because the anger is a product of something that causes it. An anger management class may help but i'd really like to know where the anger comes from.

Seek counselling: This could just be a symptom of unresolved sadness you have suppressed since early childhood. A few sessions with a therapist could help you understand the issue and get past the frustration. Being raised by parents who refused to acknowledge or validate normal childhood emotions can have this effect. There are other causes.The mind is complex ; life is to short to carry these burdens.

Happiness : You are doing everything you can to get a hold of your life and you are doing a great job. Talking with an intelligent therapist can help you understand your life, find out what is driving your sadness and try to overcome obstacles to happiness. Also see MD to evaluate your thyroid etc ,avoid substance abuse, alcohol and consider adding abilify with MD. Good luck ! Don't give up we are on yourside

Crying it out: If your desire is to cry and let it out, the process involved not avoiding the initial feelings.  Pay attention to when you are frustrated and feel it instead of moving toward anger.  If you interpret the situation as unfair or unjust, anger will follow.

Yes: You might have an underlying mood disorder that is made worse by using a stimulant.  Talk to your doctor.

If this is regularly: Occurrence than you need to let your psychiatrist/ prescriber know. It isn't normal.

Suboxone : Presumably ur taking this drug for addiction. If so there should also be psych support going on at same time  talk to person prescribing the drug as it's not a miracle drug

Hormones: Most common problem for this is a change
in hormones. You should see your primary
care or a gynecologist for further evaluation.
There are some times this may be a normal
change for you and then be ok again.
This may also be the sign of other female 
issues starting that need to be aware of.

You sound depressed: Please see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. You state that you have ocd but are not on an ssri antidepressant. Please see a psychiatrist for a full diagnostic assessment and see a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. If you are suicidal, reach out to a friend or family. Or call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Best wishes. There is help available for you to feel a lot better.

Extreme anger: Could be a mood problem that needs further assessment, both by your pcp to rule out medical causes, & a psychiatrist to determine type of mood disorder if all medical workup comes back normal.
