Seek counselling: This could just be a symptom of unresolved sadness you have suppressed since early childhood. A few sessions with a therapist could help you understand the issue and get past the frustration. Being raised by parents who refused to acknowledge or validate normal childhood emotions can have this effect. There are other causes.The mind is complex ; life is to short to carry these burdens.
